For the orthopantomogram, a prescription issued by a dentist is essential.
How can I request a copy of the panoramic radiograph I had at Clínica Rizo & Mendonça?
The panoramic radiograph is delivered on a USB drive at the time of the exam. If you have lost your USB, you can request a copy of a previously performed orthopantomogram through our contacts.
For IT security reasons, it is not possible to use external memory devices. Therefore, we are required to provide you with a copy on a new USB drive, which has a cost of €6.
